Missing paperwork is one of the fastest ways to lose a government job chance in Pakistan. Commissions and testing services ask for slightly different uploads, but the core set stays familiar. Prepare these before the last date rush.
Identity and personal record
- Valid CNIC (front and back scans, clear and uncropped).
- Recent photograph with a plain background, as per the portal’s size guide.
- Mobile number and email that you control long-term.
Education documents
- Matric, intermediate and bachelor/master degrees or transcripts.
- Professional certificates if the advertisement asks for them (nursing, engineering, teaching, etc.).
- Equivalence certificate when your degree is from outside the stated board/university system.
Domicile and experience
Many provincial posts require a domicile of that province or a specific district quota. Keep a scanned domicile ready. If the advertisement counts experience, gather appointment letters or experience certificates on letterhead with dates that match your form.
Do not send documents to random numbers
No genuine FPSC, PPSC or NTS process asks you to WhatsApp your CNIC to a private agent. Upload files only inside the official portal named in the advertisement.
