Closing day is when most incomplete applications happen. Candidates rush the form, pick the wrong advertisement number, or discover their photo file is too large after banking hours. Use this checklist while the post is still open.
Confirm the source and the closing date
Open the official advertisement once more. Match the post title, BS scale and department with the form you are filling. If JobsOnline PK shows a date and the official page shows a different date, trust the commission page and tell us so we can correct the listing.
Age, domicile and qualification
Calculate age with the formula printed in that advertisement, not a general blog formula. Check domicile and quota lines carefully for provincial posts. If your degree title does not match the advertised wording, read the “equivalent” note before you pay the fee.
Fee and uploads
Deposit or pay only through the method named inside the official portal. Keep the challan or digital receipt. Re-check CNIC scans and photographs against the size limits. Blurry uploads are a frequent rejection reason across FPSC and PPSC portals.
After submit
